Having been in practice since 1997, Mr. Woodbury is a seasoned litigator and business attorney. His diverse experience includes Estate and Trust disputes, Business and Real Estate Law, Complex Civil litigation, Products & Premises liability, and myriad additional Civil & Commercial matters.
Since graduating from Tulane Law School, Mr. Woodbury has had the opportunity to represent a broad spectrum of corporations and individuals in highly complex litigation and representational matters, and has achieved great success on behalf of his clients in State and Federal Courts across the country. In addition to obtaining beneficial results through trial, Mr. Woodbury has worked to negotiate favorable settlements for clients in more than 100 mediations, and has assisted corporate and individual clients in the structure and completion of numerous transactions; utilizing efficient and often creative approaches to achieve his clients’ needs and objectives.
In the years leading up to the launch of Heritage Law, LLP, Mr. Woodbury worked with some of the top litigation firms in the country and was privileged to serve in a general counsel capacity on behalf of a wide array of companies.

Mr. Woodbury is admitted to practice in California, Florida, and Georgia, and was a member of the
Virgin Islands Bar from 1998-2015.
In addition to his legal work, Mr. Woodbury is a proud member of the Board of Directors of Pure Game, Inc. (www.thepuregame.org), a non-profit organization that uses soccer as a mechanism to develop character and bring hope to underprivileged children.
While an undergraduate at Boston College, Mr. Woodbury was a member of the varsity soccer (1990 – 1992) and football teams (1992 – 1994), and was a finalist for the Chevrolet Scholar Athlete Award.
